Novotný is post-doctoral researcher at the Faculty of Theology, University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice, Czech Republic He has co-edited Metaphysics: Aristotelian, Scholastic, Analytic (2012) and authored Ens Rationis from Suárez to Caramuel (2013). Lukáš Novák is Assistant Professor of Philosophy at the Faculty of Arts and Philosophy, Charles University, Prague, and Faculty of Theology, University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice, Czech Republic.He has co-edited Metaphysics: Aristotelian, Scholastic, Analytic (2012), and is editor of the journal Studia Neoaristotelica.
